I write this seriously....my car died coz of a wire was not plugged to the battery.and I stop thr coz that's the only shop I can go that time coz car is not drivable...he inspect and change the alternator for no reason and after that alternator it's not work ...he keeps the car overnight order other alternator keep the car till noon next day and put different alternator again no work he charge me 550 $ for that ....after no option left I charge the battery enough thr by begging him so I can move it to my main mechanic I go..... read more
Mr Pham is amazing! He's so honest and reasonably priced and really knows what he's doing!
The worst customer service. Save yourself money and time. DO NOT go here. He will hang up on you and yell at you when pick up vehicle and won't even diagnose it right.
Mr. Pham and son have been working on my cars for years now and each time they have been concise, timely and deliver clean and honest work. They are very thorough and informative. Oil changes are quick and any other work that require more time comes with clear communication for the work and time needed. They are straight forward and don't beat around the bushes or attempt sales. Their prices are reasonable for the immaculate service they provide. 10/10 recommend.
