Please protect yourself from this so called tax establishment. My family did our 2024 taxes here and the owner had stolen our refund and deposited it into a different account. This happened to multiple other people during the same 2024 taxes year. Been fighting the IRS for the past two years and still haven’t received our refund back… ridiculous. No responsibility was taken

a package of mine was accidentally dropped off to this establishment. i went to find out about my package and was told somebody either opened it and took what was in it or they opened and threw the items away. either way, that is wrong & is theft. they showed zero signs of empathy or remorse. now somebody will go without a christmas gift this year thanks to them & their dishonesty & greed.
