Wait times have definitely been extremely longer these last couple of months. Scheduled appointments are getting started 20-40 minutes after scheduled appointment times. Not okay!!
So interested in money than they care for clients feelings. How can a late fee of $25 generate another $25 because the late fee was not earlier. I was so disappointed when they couldn't listened to my concern
Zero stars. Unprofessional and cancelled my appointment without even letting me know ahead of time. I called day of and it was cancelled. Do not waste your time.
