Good respond and take a good care of patient and customer
The staff at Phalen Family Pharmacy are great. They give great personal service and are diligent when trying to resolve issues with my medical clinic. They even deliver for a nominal cost. Mr. Lo even went the extra mile once when I forgot my meds at home when I was traveling. He was able to make arrangements with a pharmacy where I was traveling to provide a small amount of my meds. I highly recommend them.
Would give a no star if I can since they absolutely deserve it! The people in the front and the lady pharmacist seem to alway be in bad moods and when they talked to us as customers, they acted they are being force to be there. So rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful. My mom went in there to pick up her medicines after dialysis and she undo her arms because the bandit was coming off. This place is a sick place to get your medicine. Slow as turtles working in this place. Call them before pick up, they said come pick when ever is ready for for up. By the time I get there and they said to wait 15-20 minutes. They gave adult medication to my 5 months old to my brother. I noticed not a correct one, we went back ask them.
