Superb installation of a premium system. Can't say enough good things about the installer and improvements that corrected a previous poor installation.
We recently hired Duct Doctor/Phalanx Facilities Management to deep clean our entire duct system and they did an amazing job! We have lived here for 5+ yrs and just recently got a new AC unit over the summer. Lately, the HVAC filter has been getting so dirty within just a few days/weeks so it's obvious that we needed to get our ducts deep cleaned...we were wayyy past due! I have owned several houses and previous owners of rental property dealing with various contractors. Too bad it took me over 50 years to find the perfect Contractor. Phalanx Facilities Management is highly recommended. They do what they say, on time, and at a responsible price.
Did a master bathroom makeover with new countertops, sinks, and faucets. Excellent work.
