This is a great place that would recommend to anyone when it comes to fitness and Self Defense. Great staff who are great at working with both advanced and complete beginners!
I booked a class through ClassPass, drove to the location, and was met at the door by a woman who told me the class was unavailable and that I should speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager, he confirmed there was no class at that time. I calmly suggested that they update their schedule with ClassPass, as I had been looking forward to attending.
