Phagans School of Hair Design This is a learning school of beauty but it is really great ..the prices are very low and once they even offered to cut and highlight my hair for free as they had some project and needed people to show their skills on...i would normally not go to a beauty school to get a hair cut ..but i saw the job that they did on another friend of mine and trust me it was really beautiful ..i went to get a hair cut done and they did a marvellous job..A must try out if you are low on your pocket..and willing to... read more
Fun for the kids too This school is great. You can bring in your daughter and some friends for a birthday treat. For only $10 per child they will get an updo, make-up and their nails painted. My duaghter and her friends loved it. We will be back.
