Phagans has a real deal for Veterans. They charge only $1 for veterans haircuts and the students are young, dedicated and interesting people! I enjoy going not only for the haircut but also to talk story.
Sara cut, styled and conditioned my very over-processed hair. She suggested products to bring back the brightness of my blonde(home dyed) hair. Also she shaped and thinned my straw-like locks giving them a soft flow that I could easily style myself. Many thanks for helping me love my hair again!
