I have 14 years experience as a Medical Technologist. I have operated many instruments, but I really like this one. I have run EliA, and Immunocaps together. The test are lenghty, but the accuarcy is dependable. It is a quiet instrument. Medium complexity. Daily maintenance is simple. Monthly maintenance is timely. It is a GREAT INSTRUMENT. Customer service is good also.
