This lady is the last person you want to talk to or use. Avoid this lab. We asked for testing, they sent invoice, started without our approval, then demanded payment. All documented in a text message chain. Just embarrassing how this lady runs her company. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Been using them for years they have a really nice testing service here. They offer bag and tag and pickups as well. They have been very accurate and trusted.
