Unfortunately my pool contractor had Phil come out to do the start up of our pool and he clearly has no idea what he’s doing. Even worse, he is cocky and rude. He refused to brush the pool which is a must according to the pool plaster manufacturer. Hardly vacuumed and only because we asked several times.
