Tastes like crap. Every noodle dish - pho, bun bo hue, bun rieu - appear to be from the same soup base and very bland and low quality. It suggests they don’t care put in the time to make it a pleasant tasting experience. It felt like they just dumped whatever leftover ingredients they have at their disposal so as not to waste “food” all in the name of increasing their profit margin.
