Pho Na is a true family-run gem tucked away in the charming, storybook downtown Carlisle. The food is outstanding — clean, satisfying, and full of honest flavor. It’s easy to see why Vietnamese cuisine is catching on: nothing here is overloaded with fillers. The broth is clearly simmered for hours, and every dish feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Every single time I go here the food is amazing!! It is consistent in flavor. I highly recommend going!!
Highly recommend. The food is really great - we had pho soup, egg noodles, and vermicelli. So fresh with wonderful flavor. The service was attentive and food was ready quickly. The dining area was neat with large booths which fit our group of 5. We will definitely return the next time we visit Carlisle. What a treasure.
