Definitely met all my expectations after seeing so many cows on my way passing through OKC, the taste of the broth and cow bones feels locally sourced and high quality.
The food was delicious. Definitely traditional Vietnamese pho not Chinese pho. Most pho restaurants in the metro are ran by Chinese folks but this one seemed to be a family owned business ran by people with Vietnamese ethnicity. They were all very friendly and they gave us wonderful service. The only negative I can think was the chili oil wasn't quite as spicy as I prefer but they had hot sauce to make up for it so no worries. I'd definitely recommend!
