I would also use extreme caution of using this company. We put a deposit down for work that we were going to do in summer of 2022. P and H said that we didn't need a permit from our county to do the work, but that was not the case. We requested our deposit back and it took over 6 months to get them to return the deposit. The checks they wrote bounced and we had to hire an attorney. We went to mediation and came up with a payment plan to get reimbursed for the money owed and they made 2 of the 10 payments and stopped paying. ... read more

In regards to compensation for services provided, we have not had a great experience. We provided services for P&H Equipment in May, Brian S Knapp claimed that the invoice would be paid within 2 days. The invoice is currently 85 days overdue, it seems that the office personnel and Brian S Knapp are evading us because the office always seems to be closed and the phone calls go to voicemail. We advise to proceed with caution when working for P&H Equipment, in our situation payment is uncertain.

Workers do not get paid, the company expects the employees to work night and day without a break. Even on Sundays they work. Their checks always bounce and Brian the owner always claims stolen equipment to file claims and get money. That is fraud but no one stands up or does anything. I’m tired of this company and I’m suing and showing proof of their fraudulent company!!!!
