PH Design and Construction knocked it out of the park with our 4 bedroom 2 bath ranch on Kelleys Island! There were no delays and we had excellent craftsmanship! Communication was great with the team throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good about the wonderful experience we had building our home on Kelleys Island! The entire team made it easy, fun and exciting to build. Aaron, Megan and Sarah are top notch. They are professional, innovative, on time and responsive! We have a beautiful home to be proud of, and have received many compliments about the craftsmanship and style! I would build another home with this team any day! Look no further than…PH Design is the BEST!!
My new home is everything we dreamed it would be! It is the best looking house on the street. From Aaron and Sarah to all of their crews, we couldn’t have asked for a more positive and easy building experience. They were on-time, professional, experienced and courteous throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them! AND THEY FINISHED 2 1/2 WEEKS EARLY!
PH Design went above and beyond from beginning to end! We had a house fire and our home was a total loss. We are so thankful we found PH, they made the process of building our new home stress free and easy after much stress this past year.
