I recommend PH Design wholeheartedly! We engaged them to put an in-law suite onto our existing home. During the quoting process, their team came out our house, listened to our wants and needs, and offered a design that fit our space and our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, we were given a project manager (Nick Burkett) to oversee the entire process. Ph Design did a fantastic job in our remodel! Everyone there is so good to work with, helpful and talented. They transformed our tiny kitchen into a spectacular one! Moved our basement steps to make this happen. Moved our laundry upstairs and took out tub to make a walk in shower. The team at PH Design is not only knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient but also friendly, accommodating, and visionary. They listened and gave us everything we wanted in our dream getaway on Kelleys Island—a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch with an attached two-car garage. With a growing family and more space needed, we had a decision to make. It was either to buy a larger home or add on to our current home in the neighborhood we love.
