Straight forward and honest. I have been coming here for 10+ years, and have recommended to friends & family. He has never tried to upsell me and has always finished work when promised. There is one mechanic that does everything! He is very hard working, so patience and respect for his time go a long way. I have always had a realistic expectation of customer service with any mechanic, but especially a one man operation. I highly recommend.
