I am beyond disappointed with the customer service, or rather COMPLETE lack thereof of this company. Do yourself a favor and order from Mygrant if they have it in stock because PGW finds a way to screw up every order I place somehow. So much of their glass comes scratched, clammed with stickers covering it, or with brackets or hardware falling off that's it's more common for me to give my customer a discount due to their terrible glass, or just reschedule the job and order it from a decent vendor (MYG) where I know they will... read more
Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because we do get our glass when we order it. Every single possible other thing is terrible. I dread having to call them for any reason, whether its a credit or trying to do a return. I can call 3 times in a row, talk to 3 different people, ask them each the same question and get 3 different answers. I have been ordering from them for about 6 months and they never would put the price of the item on the invoices they dropped off, so I would have to call each delivery to get a price.
