Do not answer their phone when they are needed. Every other window comes scratched. Staff are good to deal with, but we need more than 2 supplies. And they definitely need to hire more people. And when I order a window that comes out of Toronto to London and it's broken or scratched, they do not contact me to let me know that it is broken or scratch. And then my customer is sitting here waiting for the windshield. And nobody has a clue what's going on. Because nobody is contacting the business, saying it's scratched or broke... read more
