We were loyal customers for over 4 years, and this has been the most disappointing customer service experience we’ve ever had. The way they communicate with customers is disrespectful and dismissive. If you value professionalism and respect, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Steven Johnson, in particular, was unprofessional and very difficult to work with. I repeat I did business with PGT for ever 4 years .
PGT addressed all my GPS needs and their customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend them.
