Horrible! PGT installed my windows and doors on a new build in Sept of 2023. One window was scratched and my 10' sliding door was scratched and chipped. After 9 mos. , they agreed to replace. We have been trying for two months to get them to even respond to texts or messages. They finally responded about ten days ago when I threatened to leave reviews. Is it possible to give a review of MINUS 5??? Ordered windows from SoFlo Impact windows. They went through ABC Glass in Lauderhill to get my windows for our house that we renovated. It took 9 weeks to get them, ok, I understand that. They came to install my windows, and on the 2nd day of installation we found out that the frame for our sliding door was the wrong size frame that they sent????
