I have done three different transactions with them and have been very pleased with how courteous, professional, thorough and honest they are. ********** was my specialist today and she was very attentive and thorough in her evaluation of the jewelry I brought in to the extent that she made sure that the tiny (crumbs) of silver from the charms that had to be removed from my bracelet were weighed and valued appropriately. Great staff, and absolutely reasonable offers made when selling precious metals. I was able to walk in and out within 10 minutes with no haggling necessary. The manager **** was very kind and professional, so I'll definitely be back to buy and sell in the future!
