Dr. Al is absolutely fantastic! Very patient and understanding and has a calm unrushed demeanor. Other office staff here have been very pleasant as well. Very happy I made the switch.
The entire staff in this office is fantastic! They are our families go-to whenever we aren’t feeling good, and they get us back to good with a quickness! Ashley really takes the time to listen and hear us out, and she always makes us feel like we’re involved in decision making. She makes my teenagers feel comfortable. After repeated issues with Parkview, my family has chosen to switch to Lutheran. Parkview has a reputation for overcharging patients, and my experiences reflect this. Erin NP is fantastic and have always had a great experience
I usually see Erin the NP. However she wasn’t in and I needed to see someone rather quickly! What a mistake that was Ashley Hughes, NP is the rudest medical professional I’ve ever met! Would not recommend her to anyone! Dr Rhonda came in -and was much more pleasant. However I wouldn’t see or recommend anyone see Ashley into even if their life depended on it! She’s rude!! And her bed side manner was disgusting!!!
