It's been a few years, but the service was great. And the products have been better than I hoped. I ordered online and arranged pickup from the warehouse. They even helped load the "bodies" (dress forms) into my car.

I have been looking to buy a dress form for a while and I thought that this would be a good purchase, I emailed them to let them know that I wanted and if they had it available, no response. I have called them, texted them, emailed them and left a question on their website, I even signed up on their site. I have nothing to say about the quality because I haven't been able to make a purchase. They have very bad customer service, don't waste your time here.

The team was very patient with me and helped me get everything I needed. When picking up my dress form, I was encouraged to give the dress form a good look over before accepting it. The woman that helped me also stayed with me while I rearranged the seats in my SUV and even put both the stand and dress form into my car gently. Do Not buy dress forms from PGM Dress Forms they are inferior to other brands. In one year the form has had issues becoming unscrewed and falling off stand when I turn it. I contacted them and they basically told me there was nothing they could do other than follow the instructions they emailed me. If I tighten the bolt as noted by them it should be fine, but then I cannot turn form. If I turn little by little the form loosens at the top and falls off. It has fallen off many times and still cannot get it right. Not worth the... read more
