Builds a beautiful home and we paid a pretty penny for it. Then had to hire HVAC, driveway installers, plumbers and garage door technicians out of pocket within first week of ownership as he doesn't back with a builder's warranty nor honor the work. Hire him directly, and write your own contract. Thankfully, the bill DeSantis signed will go into effect soon! Buyer beware.
