the worst customer service ever, they turned me off for no reason i get the info i need to prove their mistake and then it took them over 4 hours to turn my service back on (i have a smart meter should have been simple) took hours on hold to talk to a person. pretty sure they hire the absolute dumbest people to work in the customer service department. the paradise fires make so much sense now
Slowest customer service ever. Takes 30 days to do anything. Then 30 more days to confirm. It would be faster to carry my electricity in a bucket from the well and poor it into my breaker box for power; uphill both ways, and in a blizzard.
