Dirt bags of the earth right here, charge rediuclous amount to of money for mediocre service and power. We need to boycott these mf's and take back the power. These cruel, disgusting, money hungry money grabbing greaseballs need to go. Doesn't matter if ur power goes out in hot weather. Doesn't matter if you have medical issues they DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE OT ANYTHING. They think they are above the law and can get away with everything

On my phone I have every update on when power goes out. December January and now March you have had the power out and made basically no attempt at retrieving it for your customers in a timely fashion, but you sure as hell charged me 200 dollars last month for using my heater a handful of times and making tea.
