Left Marysville without power due 16 hours. Trash.
I can't speak to a live agent! I need to cancel my Just Energy gas from my PG&E service.. I can't do that without talking to a PG&E agent to confirm. How do I cancel a 3rd Party Gas company from PG&E if I can't even get ahold of them? I'm about ready to report Just Energy & PG&E to the Better Business Bureau. Just Energy will not cancel my service without first talking to PG&E. I've been hung up on too much by Just Energy. What a nightmare this has been.
