They filled our gravel sump pump drain with concrete powder and dirt. Now they have me on hold for 30 minutes, then hang up, still cant get through. My house is going to flood because of incompetence.
Impossibly frustrating to deal with to get new customers connected. In construction and pgne used to be able to schedule a connection 2 weeks out. Now it takes 12 months. They should be banned from making profits, and held accountable for every day a customer is without power.
