Burn down my home and town, declare bankruptcy to get out of much of the liability, give your c executives disgusting salaries, raise our rates non-stop with your monopoly. Literally criminals. And not even an apology. Gross.
PGE is just pure evil. They permanently shut down the only place you can pay your bill by cash in Redding.
Absolutely no way to pay my bill in person when the automated phone system can't find my account and the website won't link with my account. Terrible company, worse service.
Pge hits a water main and now hundreds of people are left without water. Where's the water delivery guys? Oh I forgot, you're just there do to a job.....what that is, who knows.
