I used to work for them 7 years ago. The county is a mess the school board is even worse but the schools are the worst. I have three special needs kids that accepted here and two adopted kids that are sending PG County schools. When I worked for them as my kids were attending PG County schools, they were nasty when it came to me using my leave to attend to my kids and or IEP meetings. I came for fingerprinting services and the staff were very kind and prompt. I was in and out within 10 minutes. They also sent reminders about paperwork which I appreciated. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience here

Very professional and friendly staff! I was first-greeted by the gentleman who signed me in, and was very helpful. Then my ID was taken by someone I can only described as having the most amazing, radio voice. Thirdly, my picture was taken by a young Nubian king that was friendly, and did not make me feel self-conscious, and took my picture. then my payment was processed by this amazing Latin goddess who was very efficient and accurate while multitasking with three customers in her face.
