Honestly, I waited until moving away to write this for fear of dealing with another temper tantrum from Gerald. This guy is unstable, and that’s putting it as nicely as possible. I hired him because of good google reviews so I’m writing this only as a warning to others- I highly recommend you choose someone else to complete your renovation. Quoted a good price for bathroom upfit, kitchen floor, gutters and other work. 3 different crews were used; workers were friendly, knowledgeable, worked hard, and did good work. Stayed within budget and had no major problems or issues with contract or work.
