Never completed the job. Never refunded the portion he didn't complete. Honestly the worst part I'm a single mother retired with a special needs son and he never even returned my house key I was told he put it in the mail and of course it never arrived. I called to get a quote on 3 projects and scheduled an appointment. The caller was nice but it didn't set well with me that after receiving the confirmation text reminding me of our appointment, I'm still waiting at the site for you to show an hour later. When I called you, you apologized but stated that you wouldn't be able to come out for another hour. We called pgc installation for help with damage from hurricane Helene. I must say the call back response time was quick.i spoke with Gerald the residential builder he was so knowledgeable.he came over within 24 hours did a walk through sat with me and explained our options and we did an addition with a new bathroom,new kitchen and the whole thing went very well and the price is the best in town. Five stars all day everyday.

Gerald did a wonderful job in a great time frame but did my kitchen and bathroom in no time I love the tile and the back splash that the choose since I was undecided but thanks appreciate the buisness
