I had recently ordered a new set of Mizuno irons and Cleveland wedges from another operation only to find out that after 5 weeks, nothing had been done. I decided to take my business to PGA SS in Summerlin. Upon placing my order, Claire shared..."call after 2 weeks and we will stay on both Mizuno and Cleveland". I followed her instructions and the Mizuno's arrived on schedule but the wedges ended up being a runaround. Bought a Ping G430 Max 10K here a little over 2 weeks ago and unfortunately the shaft broke after my bag tipped over at home. Ping said it wasn’t covered under warranty, which I understood, so I took it into PGA TOUR Superstore to see what my options were. Tommy went above and beyond. He found a replacement Ping shaft in the back, gave it to me for free, transferred my almost brand new grip onto it, and wouldn’t even let me pay for the installation. Mr Simmons assisted me with several shaft and club head changes as I was testing and shopping for a new set. He also provided offered his personal insight which was very accurate.
My husband and I went in for a quick change in driver shaft and Tommy helped us out so much! He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and actually hilarious. He was a breath of fresh air and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you again Tommy. We will definitely be back to see you again!
