As an avid golfer, I have spent my fair share of time in golf stores. This one has the distinction of having the worst, most inattentive staff I’ve ever encountered. I went in to buy a new driver and three wood. They completely ignored me. Even after I told them my intention and got in a bay, the salesperson walked away to go chum it up with his coworker. There is a Golf Galaxy and a Dicks within a mile. Try your luck there instead 2 stars because it at least has a big selection if you know exactly what you want
Came in wanting to try a new 7 wood, was going back and forth between Ping and TaylorMade and wanted to hit both on the sim before deciding. The guy helping me seemed like he really didn't want to be there. Barely talked to me, kept pushing me toward one club instead of actually letting me compare. Didn't even hand me the club right side up — he was looking somewhere else and just stuck his arm out behind him for me to grab it. Kind of wild for a store where people are dropping a few hundred bucks on a club.
I have a very difficult time finding proper footwear, and my experience at PGA was exceptional. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes. Her patience, kindness, and genuine desire to help were obvious. She truly cared about finding what worked for me. Rebecca is valuable to me and because of her customer service support I will be returning to PGA.

I visited PGA TOUR Superstore this past Saturday and had such a great experience with Rebecca. I’m still pretty new to golf, and she was incredibly patient and helpful without ever making me feel like I should already know everything. She helped me find the right golf shoes, answered all of my questions, and gave me some really helpful advice as a beginner.
