It’s a chill store but the women’s bathroom isn’t nearly as nice as the men’s. On the men’s they have decorations with all the pro golfers but nothing for the women’s. I would love to see that be changed. There are a lot of successful women athletes that deserve recognition and seeing the unequal bathrooms is definetly a turn off.
Customer service here is absolutely atrocious
I stopped in with my toddler to get my husband a birthday present. My toddler is obsessed with golf and started throwing a fit when I told him it was time to leave. People were staring at me but the staff was so kind and offered my son a green golf ball if he behaved. He loved it so much. I was able to finish paying and leave. The kind man checking me out was so sweet and helpful and said he understood the terrible twos making me feel less embarrassed. So grateful they have such kind staff members! Super busy but the entire staff was totally engaged with customers and my clubs were re-gripped perfectly.
This store delivered one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. Reading the reviews, I guess I should have seen it coming. My son has taken a strong interest in golf. He was excited I was taking him in to get a set of clubs. Our experience started with being ignored for about 2 minutes while the guy behind the counter fiddled about.
