I have been coming to this store since it opened, and I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received. Going into a golf store is my "happy place." It is a chance to interact with a sport I love, and the customer service is terrific. Sean and his staff do care about customers and getting them what they need to attempt to master this frustrating game. This is the second driver head that this store has damaged for me. I like older Callaway drivers and I’ve taken 2 there to be reshafted. It is extremely hard to find older drivers in pristine condition, but I did and then this store ruined them. I will never take another club to them.
Hands down the most embarrassing customer service I have ever seen. Management is atrocious. I have been a loyal customer and part of “the players club” since it was started, but the current staff at the Roswell store lack both knowledge and the ability to problem solve. I would avoid this store and I will never return
