Terrible customer service for something extremely simple
Just had a fraudulent charge on my credit card at this location for over $1000. Called up the store to speak with a manager, and they informed me that they could not help me or address the matter. I will never do business with PGA Superstore ever again and know that your credit card information is not safe here.
Went here on a Sunday and Jae helped me pick out a new driver! He was very patient and very helpful! I tried 5 different drivers before finding the right one and Jae was always patient and helpful and even gave me some swing tips! Overall very helpful and great experience. Ask for Jae!
Went here (and the Kennesaw store) last Saturday to get a new set of clubs. Could not get anyone to help. A sales guy stopped for a quick second and I told him that I wanted to get a new set. He just said "cool" and walked off. Decided to try again today, and basically the same thing happened. Went on to the Kennesaw store again and still couldn't get anyone to help. I did my own research and ultimately bought the exact same clubs on Amazon and saved literally hundreds of $$$. Was even lower than their sales price. If you ar... read more
