I placed an online order 10 days ago, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. Yet, I can't find any information on my order through my online account. I have attempted to call the PGA Tour "Superstore" customer service number multiple times but have to leave a message due to the short staff and I've emailed the store. All to no avail. This is one reason so many people feel online is fraught with fraud.
Ordered a Taylor Made Spider putter through the website. several days went by and my shipments had not moved from the CA FedEx warehouse location. No one from the PGA Superstore acted on this shipment just sitting at the FedEx location. The label ripped off and was unable to move. Working with FedEx before, I know they send info to the PGA superstore that one of their packages needs attention, nothing was done.
