Well I have been going here for YEARS! I made an online appt days in advance. Only to show for my appt and be told they gave my nail tech to another person becuz she is the only tech that can do whatever the client was having done. So long story short they gave my appt away and assumed I would just go with another tech as I have BEFORE!!! NOPE!
