Used PGA for lawn cut and maintenance for several years and were quite happy, but unfortunately are no longer receiving quality service. Addressed with the company directly on several occasions, and while they did reimburse us for the poor cuts (which was appreciated), it continues to happen and will now require repair. We cannot in good faith continue to entrust them to care for our lawn and want to inform others to avoid the same experience.
Walked right past our no soliciting sign to knock and leave a flyer on our door. Stop going door to door pestering people that aren’t interested in salesmen.
July 2026 update: 3 strikes and you’re out. These people have absolutely butchered my lawn this mowing season. The level of anxiety I have when I see them on my security cameras when I am not home is ridiculous because I don’t know what kind of hack job I am going to come home to. We are taking our business elsewhere. A 12 year old could do a better job taking care of my yard, especially given chance after chance and multiple rounds of feedback.
