Been trying to call to set up lawn care. Will not ever answer or call back. Needs to be trained on customer service. Or shouldn't be allowed to handle customers needs.

Would give less than one start if possible. I don't really know how their lawn services are as nobody will return calls, emails, portal, etc. I approved a service plan from Jason Young and Lawncare in July and nobody has ever tried to communicate with me since then and it's now almost November (4 months). I called my rep (Jason Young) several time to ask what is going on to which once he replied they had a glitch in their system. I hired PGA Lawn Care for weekly mowing, but the service was never consistent. Some weeks they'd skip edging entirely, and other times they wouldn't even show up without notice. I had to keep following up, and communication was always vague or delayed. Not dependable at all.
