We love coming here a nice change from downtown Wpb .
I love going to the restaurants at lunch but forget about dinner. They block all parking and force you to valet. I've come to Roccos and had to leave just because they think people should only valet.
Valet blocks off all the parking! No self parking. With very few exceptions, valet only. If u want some teenager racing your car into a lot where cars are squeezed in like sardines (door dings!) then this is the place for you.
If you're thinking of renting residential or business space here - kiss your deposit GOODBYE and prepare to spend lots of money and time fixing their shotty and unserviced equipment.
