This is a total scam. This is not a physical location and I don’t even think they work out of Kauai. We got the complete runaround when we were in a desperate situation trying to get our car out of a beach parking lot. They said we had to pay money upfront and that a tow truck would be there in 30-60 minutes. We kept getting the run around with them calling us from different numbers or us calling back and getting a different person every time. Nice people so 5 stars ⭐️ . Not sure about the towing we were looking for a tire. Google listing says tires / tire mounting. But they do not provide that service anymore
