Horrible company—stay away. I hired this company to repair my ceiling after water damage. Their job was to install drywall and paint it, as shown in the before photos. However, just two months after their work, my ceiling began cracking. I reached out to Jose multiple times, but he ignored my messages. I also contacted Elvira, who never responded. They were recommended by our insurance company (Traveler's) because of a roof leak and inside damage. Jose came out, seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Said he would call back that afternoon. Two days went by and no call. I texted him " Do I need to contact another contractor as I did not hear back from you?" He never responded. Not professional at all. Will notify my insurance company of his actions and now on the hunt for another contractor!
I’ve never been so freaked out in all of my life. Husband and I just bought our home in March 2023, fast forward to two weeks before Christmas 2024 and my Husband found a belly growing on our kitchen ceiling. What’s right above it you ask? I needed a roof repair done, so I called this company. Jose came out, looked at my roof,and said he would get back to me. I waited 2 days,sent text and received no response. I waited another 4 days and called, talked to Jose again,still waiting for him to get back!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
