10,000sq feet facility with a great selection of cardiovascular and strength equipment. We have a great plate load and turf area as well, aerobic studio, spin room and a boxing area. All of our classes are free and we even offer 24/7 access if needed! We have plenty of trainers on staff for all fitness purposes along with physical therapy. We accept all major insurances for physical therapy.

Clean, not crowded, reasonably priced, and good equipment which is diligently maintained. In fact, they continually improve and replace their equipment, which is pretty rare for a gym in my experience! Factor in the 24hr access, I don't know what else you would need!
I'm really happy I found this place. The place is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The place has multiple equipment options for each muscle group and cardio equipment. The 24-hour option is awesome. It allows you to work out whenever you want, including holidays. The price is fair for everything you get. Zero complaints from me.
Always leave here feeling better than I went in. The gym is clean and well-equipped, the staff is supportive, and the rest is up to you. Can't be beat!
Was looking for a more local gym close to where I work in westchester, and I finally found the perfect fit. It has a variety of different equipment that can meet anyone’s fitness needs. Staff is very friendly and the facility was extremely clean! Looking forward to my next workout here!
