My elderly father used PFSP for his specialty medication over the last few years. Their service was always friendly, caring and professional. PFSP even assisted my father in finding support when his insurance did not cover a large portion of the cost of the medication. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different online pharmacy because of that, but PFSP made sure the prescription was transferred correctly, so my father can continue to receive the medication. PFSP was an absolute joy to work with!! They bent over backwards to get us the medication our son needed when we needed it most. We’ve had so many issues getting the medication filled on a timely basis from other pharmacies, but PSFP came through for us. This allowed us to keep our son on his normal medication dosage timeline which put our minds at ease! I would HIGHLY recommend PFSP to anyone who needs a high quality, carrying, pharmacy!!! They are tremendous people to work with.
I have been waiting for my delivery since Monday!!! NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME as to why I never got my medication delivered. AM 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND THIS MEDICATION IS VERY CRUCIAL RIGHT NOW . I cry every time I call , because am given excuses why they can't look into my records to help me! I haven't had my medication for more than a week!!! Am very very disappointed that this pharmacy can't even prioritize a pregnant woman!
PFSP is not a reliable pharmacy with consistency. There is always a problem with the discount programs or they no longer makes the medication. You may want to see if your doctor can use another pharmacy because you will eventually be disappointed.
