This review is a long time coming. I wouldn't ever use this company again. We were new to the area, and needed a line run for our fridge ice maker. We were charged for 2 HOURS labor when the guy was here a grand total of about 25 minutes. It took us a couple of months to pay the bill, moving in, and they do not have any sort of online payment. Great service, very caring vets and staff
What a mistake- if you want to spend your hard earned money on a company, give it to another small business. First, the plumber was RUDE! It was beyond lacking in people skills, he was just a complete jerk. The owner didn't care much either whether or not he was employing someone with such a terrible personality; it must be company wide! The company is licensed, but the plumbers are not.
