RecommendedPfotenhauer Funeral Home did an amazing job on my father in laws service. Even though there were restrictions due to Covid, we all felt loved, cared for and all our needs/wishes were taken care of. Andy and his team delivered excellent customer service, and they made us feel like we were the only family they were caring for. My family had a truly terrible experience with them. My Mom died during the pandemic so we couldn't have a funeral at all. We could only bury her the day after she died. The funeral director had us stand 6' apart at the grave site and scolded us. We could only have 8 family members there. He barely offered condolences and then stood tapping his foot while our pastor said a few words. It was as cold and impersonal as you can get.
