James is the best
We have taken several of our fleet trucks in for various services from oil changes to major repairs and diagnostics. Very quick turn around time with great communication.
Well I thought they was good people. But just like most shop they are out for money. 2 weeks ago I had a wheel seal leaking. They chartered $881. to fix fix it. Today that same wheel seal started leaking again. Before taking it apart they checked the old in the rear-end. IT was low, they got to looking at the plug and it has never been taking out even though these guys said they filled it up with oil. Today it held 3 quarts of oil. Pfm have been providing excellent service from day one of using them, definitely recommend. *Editing to add James has gone above and beyond with all the things I've thrown at him!
PFM fixed my Explorer after a previous shop overlooked a $50 part that ended up costing me thousands. Instead of pushing another expensive replacement, PFM identified the issue, replaced the inexpensive part, and was even able to repair what I had already spent thousands on. They saved me from a full replacement...again. I’m incredibly grateful for a team that does the right thing the first time, even when it’s less profitable for them. Reliable, timely, and beyond honest. I highly recommend them!
