Dreamshine just recently connected with PFM for service options on our fleet of vehicles and our experience has been amazing. One vehicle broke down we were able to have it towed to shop same day. Communication moving forward was excellent as they diagnosed the issues. Work was completed in a timely manner and again the customer service was top notch. I recently took my shuttle bus to PFM Fleet Service to have it serviced. From the very first interaction to the very last interaction with the employees was EXCEPTIONAL! They were very professional, answered all my questions, were communicative throughout the entire process and a breath of fresh air to do business with.
