I came here for my second pregnancy because the first place I was at just wasn’t all that great and made me uncomfortable, this place has been amazing. They are so sweet & kind & understanding. Everyone on the staff makes you feel welcome and heard and never makes you feel stupid for asking questions or having concerns. They’re very good at communicating and just phenomenal experience in comparison to the last place I was at. The front desk was always extremely frustrating. They handled my billing incorrectly on multiple occasions. And when I’d call or ask in person, they were so blunt and rude. That being said, the bedside manner SUCKED from everyone! I loved being able to have Dr. Pepper while he was working here, but my last couple appointments he had moved (go choice).
