Horrible experience and definitely do not recommend. I was very specific when scheduling that my dog needs medication before appointments to help keep him calm. I even called that morning because I was having trouble giving him his second dose, and was told it would be fine and they could sedate him further if needed. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time before being told the doctor wasn’t even there yet and had been held up at another location. I have always taken my pets to Pflugerville animal hospital and they have always done a good job with them. Recently, my cat had issues passing stool/constipation and I had taken him back and forth to try and figure out how to help him. They were very thorough and treated my cat so well! It took a little while but they were able to help my cat to pass all his stool! He feels so much better now :) I will always trust them to make sure my pets are taken care of.
Vet and staff were very friendly and professional.
