Actually had a good experience, my load was loaded late due to a trailer washout so my delivery appt. @ Pfizer was cancelled. I arrived @ facility 7:45am , staged parking . Got a dock 8:50 am & was unloaded by 10:30 am . If no trucks in stage parking easy turn around to wait . Back in to docks lots of room . Nice people no stress . Area is not bad . Overnight parking 6 trucks maybe
Took 6 hours to get loaded, I did say SIX HOURS to get loaded while they went to lunch on us as well. And yes, they had advanced notice that we were coming. This should have been a two hour load MAX! Two stars was for the nice attitude of the security guards who did a great job.
My wife and I have gotten to our appointment time 5 hours before, and they still had us waiting 7 hours after our appointment time. Every time we come here, they are never on time and make you wait past your appointment time at least 4 - 7 hours.
Not a bad place when you know what to do. For receiving, they go by appointment. You can arrive earlier but they won't unload you earlier. You can park about 6 trucks in the parking area, otherwise, you must wait in the street. Not safe area, if you are parked in the street, always keep an eye on your cargo, cargo robbery has been report while driver was in sleeper cab. Extremely slow and extremely unorganized. Pulled into the shipping side and everyone's staged like sardines in a can in front of the doors making it challenging for drivers to back into the doors. They don't stick to appointment times at all. My appointment time was 1pm. I arrived at 1145. I got into a door at 330pm. And still be loaded and it's currently 6pm with no ETA on being finished. This is one of the worst Pharmaceutical places to load and don't plan on ever coming back
