Becca was a brilliant coach today, building my confidence by encouragement and adapting the routines to my abilities.
Never stepped foot in a Gym before but PFIT was amazing no question is too silly... and i asked a lot of them! Phil was super helpful and friendly. There is no judgement from the trainers or from the PFIT community. Its so lovely to be part of a team supporting each other

I went to PFIT to improve my strength and mobility. I don’t like gyms and have never really felt comfortable or confident in them. But PFIT feels different. It is a real community of all ages and abilities with fantastic, dedicated trainers that encourage and support with such enthusiasm I find I go even when I don’t feel like exercising and I push myself even when I just want to stop. And no mirrors!
Excellent gym. I'm female, 60 years old and this is the first gym I've felt really supported in and not felt self conscious working out. Feel better than I have in years. I can't recommend this gym enough!
